Lecturer x 2 (Department of Pharmacology, Department of Physiology)

  • Employment Type: Full – time (35 hours a week)
  • Duration: Fixed Term contract until 31 December 2027
  • Remuneration: $127k - $150k base depending on experience (+ 17% Super, leave loading)
  • Working rights: Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. Candidates must hold full rights to work in Australia to be considered for this position.
  • Location: Kensington, Sydney

The Opportunities

Key skills required: 

  • A PhD in Pharmacology or Physiology or a related biomedical discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in effective biomedical teaching including, development, delivery, and course convening, at an undergraduate and/or postgraduate level.
  • Evidence of teaching effectiveness and passion for educational excellence.
  • Evidence of ability to support and inspire students from diverse backgrounds and support student equity, diversity, and inclusion initiatives.
  • Evidence of highly developed interpersonal and organisational skills.
