The School of Engineering and Technology (SET), UNSW Canberra extends a warm invitation to join our casual academic teaching team to support the delivery of quality teaching in a range of roles including casual lecturers, lab demonstrators, tutors, and markers to undertake face-to-face or online. As part of this process, you are required to submit an EOI in one of the following core capability areas:
Postgraduate Programs:
- Master of Project Management
- Specific Courses 2026:
- Specific Courses 2027:
- Master of Space Engineering and Master of Space Operations
Undergraduate Engineering Programs:
- Aeronautical Engineering
- Civil Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Naval Architecture
Undergraduate Specific Courses:
We encourage Expressions of Interest from experienced tutors, demonstrators, markers and lecturers who are excited to collaborate across different disciplines and be a part of an integrated teaching team.
We are recruiting throughout 2026 and you will be contacted for an interview if your skills, qualifications, and experience are suitable.
This EOI portal will allow you to select which courses you would like to support and the extent of your qualifications and experience so we can better assess your suitability and potentially meet your need for flexibility.
To be successful you will hold Australian Working Rights or Australian Citizenship. Visa sponsorship is not available for this appointment.
You will be required to undertake pre-employment checks prior to commencement in this role. The checks that will be undertaken are listed in the Position Description. You will not be required to provide any further documentation or information regarding the checks until directly requested by UNSW.
