- Embed evidence-based feedback and evaluation strategies and tools into programming, resources and trainings to ensure program design meets strategic and learning outcomes.
About You:

- Extensive experience in the design and delivery of educational activities and learning experiences for pre-tertiary (high school) students.
- Knowledge and understanding of the issues facing students from underrepresented and low-socioeconomic status backgrounds
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues, partners and stakeholders both internal and external.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver concurrent projects with strong attention to detail, balancing effective time management, prioritisation, and collaboration across teams and stakeholder groups.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and the proven ability to facilitate group discussions and deliver presentations.
- Advanced level of computer literacy with excellent skills in Microsoft Office applications.
