The Clinics Manager at the Health Translation Hub (HTH) is pivotal in advancing health care by developing and overseeing interdisciplinary clinics that integrate research and education.. By facilitating collaboration between academics, clinicians, and patients, your work drives the rapid translation of innovation into improved patient care, delivering meaningful health outcomes for the community.
This role involves leading the creation of clinics from the ground up, including strategic planning, operational management, and cross-disciplinary coordination. You will design operating models, secure funding through grants, and ensure the clinics operate efficiently within existing spaces at the Health Translation Hub. By implementing cutting-edge management systems and fostering partnerships, you will lay the foundation for clinics that redefine health care delivery.
About You:
Based full-time at the Health Translation Hub (HTH) on UNSW’s Kensington campus, you bring strong experience in clinic practice management, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement. With relevant qualifications, you excel in financial and operational oversight to ensure efficient, cost-effective clinic operations.
You have a proven ability to drive initiatives and foster collaboration, using excellent communication and negotiation skills to align diverse stakeholders. Skilled in resource planning, project management, and policy implementation, you lead business improvements and change.
Proficient in Practice Management software and Microsoft Office, you combine technical know-how with strong problem-solving skills. Your leadership ensures clinics align with UNSW’s vision, delivering innovative, patient-focused interdisciplinary care.
