Brief Summary of School/Division
The NSW Smart Sensing Network (NSSN) is a consortium of NSW’s leading universities, headquartered at UNSW in Sydney. We bring together universities, industry and government to translate world-class research into innovative solutions to environmental, economic and societal challenges.
The NSSN Media & PR Officer is responsible for assisting with three broad areas: developing and disseminating communications to external audiences; monitoring and measuring media and publicity impact; and developing media and public relations strategy.
The role reports to the NSSN Chief Operating Officer and has no direct reports.
This casual role offers great flexibility in both hours (between 21 and 35 hours per week) and location (hybrid WFH and on campus).
