The UNSW Founders Program supports 200+ startups each year, providing entrepreneurs with the skills, knowledge, and networks to scale globally. In this role, you’ll work closely with Investment & Portfolio Manager, Kylie Frazer a renowned investor and startup expert, assisting in managing UNSW’s portfolio of equity-backed startups and supporting the delivery Founders 10x accelerators and complementary activities including the Angel Investment Program.
This is more than a coordination role—it’s an incredible opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of entrepreneurship, startups and early-stage investment, understand how Australian leading entrepreneurship program assess and support startups, and develop deep expertise in the innovation ecosystem.

Who you are
You’re a highly motivated professional with a passion for startups and investment. You have experience in program/event delivery, some level of understanding of startup funding, and a keen interest in supporting early-stage founders.
You can also demonstrate your experience providing coaching, mentoring, or facilitating training to entrepreneurs, as well as strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Exposure to startup investment landscapes, including angel and VC funding will be highly regarded.
