The Opportunity:
UNSW Canberra is seeking a highly motivated and detail-focused Coordinator – Language Services to contribute to the successful delivery of a significant government education contract. This role is well-suited to individuals who excel in client-oriented environments, possess strong digital literacy, and take pride in producing accurate reports with exceptional attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of services to government clients in line with best practices and deadlines.
- Perform a range of administrative tasks including reporting, data management, and client operations.
- Assist in developing and implementing new policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
- Respond to internal and external enquiries with professionalism and initiative.
- Maintain and enhance administrative systems using spreadsheets, databases, and other tools.
- Contribute to team initiatives and support the coordination of work across stakeholders.
About you:
- Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Project Management, Business) or equivalent experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail in managing complex tasks.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative systems.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills in high-volume, deadline-driven environments.
- Experience managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, especially in government or education sectors.
