The Opportunities
• International community with a progressive, ethics environment
• One x continuing (ongoing) full-time position (35 hours per week)
• Two x 12-month fixed-term contract positions (35 hours per week)
• Salary starting from $113,926 plus 17% superannuation and leave loading
Facilitate the ethical conduct of human research by delivering advanced ethics and compliance support within the Division of Research & Enterprise. Reporting to the Manager, Human Research, and the Director, Research Ethics & Compliance Support, these roles oversee key compliance activities and provide expert advice to stakeholders across multiple research ethics committees. You will contribute to the continuous improvement of human ethics processes and resources, including the development and management of online and in-person training materials in a fully paperless environment. In addition, you will support strategic and operational initiatives that uphold integrity and advance the broader objectives of the Division.

About the successful applicants
You can demonstrate your experience in human research ethics, as well as knowledge of codes and legislation related to human research and ethics, and critical thinking skills to interpret accordingly. High level communication and administrative skills, including previous experience working with committees are also essential.
