The role will support and provide expert advice across Faculty academic quality activities, including accreditation, academic governance and proposals (ECLIPS), data and reporting, and other related projects that support faculty and schools in supporting the curriculum transformation project. The position requires strong stakeholder engagement, adaptability, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a complex change environment.
Some key skills required:
- Tertiary qualifications with subsequent relevant experience in academic quality, accreditation, curriculum management, student systems, teaching support or student services.
- A comprehensive knowledge of education programs in the tertiary sector, in ensuring that Faculty offerings comply with institutional rules and accreditation standards.
- Excellent project coordination and time management skills, with a demonstrated ability to respond to changing priorities, manage multiple tasks and meet competing deadlines by using judgment and initiative.
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise with diverse stakeholders at all levels across an organisation and a high level of attention to detail for deliverables produced.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and productively within a team, but also to take initiative, directives, and work independently while managing competing demands.
- Proven problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify gaps, understand problems, develop solutions and suggest improvements.
- Experience in a range of computing skills, including Power BI, word processing, spreadsheets, databases and generative AI tools and a willingness to learn new systems.
