The Case Manager plays a key role in managing complaints and allegations of misconduct across Conduct and Integrity Office (CIO) functions according to the University’s policies and procedures.
Apply codes of conduct, policies and procedures in managing complaints and allegations
Use a range of systems and processes to document and manage cases, and to ensure the University meets its compliance and reporting obligations
Promote a UNSW culture of ethical decision-making by staff and students
Support the Senior Case Managers and Manager to prepare documents and reports
Build and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders
Proven experience in case and complaint management
A strong communicator and analytical thinker with the ability to accurately identify and articulate issues verbally and in writing
Possess high emotional intelligence and stakeholder management abilities
Resilient with sound judgment, and the ability to keep matters confidential
Possess excellent organisation and time management skills
Experience in a legal compliance environment is also beneficial
