Why Your Role Matters:

As the Student Services Advisor you will be responsible for delivering a range of high-quality student focused services across a wide variety of administrative processes and student enquiries, via multiple channels. On a day to day basis you will act as a subject matter expert to our student enquiries managing the more complex queries via case management. 

 

Who You Are:

We are looking for a natural leader to join our Engineering Program Specialist team – someone who leads by example and is able to mentor and motivate others around them.  You will also need to have:

  • Demonstrated experience of operating in a customer service environment
  • The ability to learn and apply a range of policies from first principles, and to implement procedures to ensure monitoring and compliance
  • Experience in using influence and negotiation skills to improve the performance of individuals or teams in a complex environment
  • Proven ability to work in a high volume, process-driven service environment
  • Ability to research and draft recommendations for service and process improvement
