The Division of External Relations is responsible for Hospitality in delivering meetings and events for internal and external clients across a variety of venues, including UNSW City Centre, John Niland Scientia Building, AGSM Building, Chancellery committee rooms, Clancy Auditorium and Science Theatre. Hospitality coordinate and deliver the venue logistics, audiovisual and work closely with the contracted caterers to ensure a consistent quality hospitality experience.
Why your role matters
Reporting to the Venue Manager, the Venue Coordinator will support and contribute to the Venue Management team by delivering quality customer experience to both internal and external clients. The successful applicant will ensure venues are well maintained and presented whilst overseeing all activities within a designated location.
Who you are
As the successful Venue Coordinator, you will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience within Operations, Events Coordination and Client Relationships and the ability to work collaboratively within a small team to oversee all activities and venue management. Time management and customer-centric skills are of the highest quality whilst supporting internal and external clients.
