You will deliver our 10x Accelerator which helps high-potential startups founded by UNSW students, staff or alumni. This accelerator program is specifically designed to get founders investment ready and see this as their most suitable growth strategy. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Programs & Strategic Engagement, you will contribute to the design and delivery of our flagship 10x Accelerator Program and as well as support the delivery of our other entrepreneurial skill building programs. The Organisation

UNSW Founders is Australia’s most comprehensive support program that helps UNSW students, staff and alumni turn their ideas and research into successful startups. We help participants in our programs build the capability, mindset and networks they need to create positive impact through entrepreneurship.  This ranges from delivering foundational entrepreneurship experiences, educating founders with knowledge on how to design and execute successful business models, through to capital raising and connecting entrepreneurs to the local and international innovation ecosystems.

UNSW isn’t like other places you’ve worked. Yes, we’re a large organisation with a diverse and talented community; a community doing extraordinary things. But what makes us different isn’t only what we do, it’s how we do it. Together, we are driven to be thoughtful, practical, and purposeful in all we do. Taking this combined approach is what makes our work matter. It’s the reason we’re Australia’s number one university for impact and among the nation’s Top 20 employers. And it’s why we come to campus each day.

Who you are

Your knowledge and understanding of Entrepreneurship and best-practice start-up methodologies, as well as the start-up ecosystem and its key players and roles is first-rate. You’re also a standout online and in-person facilitator, a do-er with the ability to get hands on but also think strategically about program design and able to tailor to Founders’ needs.

To apply:  If inspiring and supporting the next wave of UNSW entrepreneurs is of interest to you, please submit your CV and Cover Letter via the APPLY button.
