Reporting to and providing high level executive support to the Head of Torch, you will also support the Torch Operational Team, senior leadership and key personnel of the Division of Research & Enterprise. This includes working with a range of internal and external stakeholders to coordinate operational, administrative and project management activities to ensure that administrative matters and projects are prioritised and implemented efficiently and effectively and with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism. Your contribution to a culture of continuous improvement, promotion of knowledge exchange and achievement of effective working relationships with relevant entities internal and external to UNSW will be highly valued.

About the Successful Applicant
