The School is seeking expressions of interest from qualified individuals for research assistant opportunities in the research areas of Human Resource Management (HRM), International Business (IB), Organization Behavior (OB), Organization Theory (OT), and Strategy, Innovation, & Entrepreneurship (SIE).
This role will complete a range of functions which may include:
- Perform data entry.
- Format articles.
- Collect research information.
- Check research data for errors and format data for analysis as required.
- Undertake routine supervised research support tasks consistent with established methodologies
- Cooperate with all health & safety policies and procedures of the university and take all reasonable care to ensure that your actions or omissions do not impact on the psychosocial or physical health and safety of yourself or others.
A person engaged is generally expected to have the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience supporting a research project.
- Demonstrated interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrated time management skills.
- Proficient level of computer literacy with well-developed skills in Microsoft Office 365, research software and equivalent applications.
