The Faculty of Engineering at UNSW is a national and international leader in engineering research and education and is the University’s premier research Faculty. The School of Civil and Environmental Engineering is the largest School in the Faculty of Engineering, with approximately 2600 student enrolments and a budget of over $20 million. About the role


  • Level 6 - $83,653 pa (+17% Superannuation and annual leave loading)
  • 3-year fixed term
  • Full-time


UNSW has an exciting opportunity for a Centre Manager. You will provide administrative and operational support to the Centre for Infrastructure Engineering and Safety. To achieve this you will manage the financial functions, budgets, communications, infrastructure needs and events of the Centre. You will be in a supportive environment that could lead to career progression and opportunities elsewhere within the School, Faculty or wider University.


About the successful applicant


To be successful in this role you will have:


  • A few years’ experience in an administrative or operational role.
  • Financial knowledge.
  • Experience with communications and marketing.
  • Proven experience building collaborative working relationships with stakeholders at various levels.
  • A degree with subsequent relevant experience, or an equivalent level of knowledge gained through any other combination of education training and/or experience;
